Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

M+ Fitness ("M+", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

  • Account. When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email.
  • Fitness data you enter. The workouts, meals, steps, weight, and notes you log.
  • Apple Health data. If you connect Apple Health, we read step count and walking/running distance. Only the types you allow.
  • Subscription status. Whether your trial or subscription is active, provided by Apple through our payments provider.

How we use it

  • To store and display your fitness log.
  • To interpret your entries and generate your weekly coaching summary using AI processing.
  • To manage your subscription and access.

Third parties

  • AI processing. The text of your entries and your summarized weekly stats are sent to our AI providers to structure your log and generate coaching. Used to provide the feature, not to train third-party models.
  • Subscriptions. Apple and our subscription management provider process your subscription status. We never receive your full payment details.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account any time from Settings in the app, which permanently removes your account and all associated fitness data.

Health information

Data from Apple Health is used only to provide the app's features and is never sold or used for advertising, consistent with Apple's requirements.

Children

M+ is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
