How to use M+
Log by talking or typing Log tab
- Type or dictate one sentence covering anything you did: workouts, meals, steps, or weight.
- Example: "13,500 steps, bench 3x10 at 40, chicken and rice for lunch, weighed 212 this morning."
- To fix something, just say it again: "actually the bench was 45." M+ updates instead of duplicating.
See and log your day Today tab
- The ring shows calories logged versus your daily target, with how many are left.
- Today's scheduled workout shows a green check when done. Tap it to log it as prescribed.
- Steps, Miles, and Weight tiles show the day’s numbers; use the arrows to move between days.
Track your week Week tab
- The bar chart shows daily steps, with today highlighted in green.
- Cards show average steps, total workouts, average calories, and days over target.
- Adherence lists each planned session with a green check for done or a red x for missed.
Choose your program Plan tab
- Your Program shows your current plan. Tap Change to browse the library.
- Filter by All, Dumbbell, Full gym, or Bodyweight, then tap a program to select it.
- Tap Done to see the weekly schedule; tap a day to expand its exercises.
Common questions
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Manage it any time in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID, or in the App Store account settings. You can also open Manage Subscription from the app.
How do I connect Apple Health?
Go to Settings and tap Connect Apple Health, then allow steps and distance.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open Settings in the app and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data.
